>That is some insane leg strength anon
not really, my squat is relatively low, about 1.5 years I guess, my deadlift is probably good compared to my bench because of monke arm proportions
bodyweight ratio manlets kneel to ANTS
ANTS
I'VE KILLED THOUSANDS OF ANTS AND THESE MANLETS THINK ANTS ARE STRONGER THAN ME
THIS IS WHY YOU GET BULLIED
Body weight ratios are dumb across different lifts. If you’ve got good squat numbers I.e big legs, then it’s going to scale your other lifts down and vice versa.
Squat: Almost beginner (270/230)
Bench: Intermediate
Deadlift: Intermediate
Best ever was leg press. 1rm of 1080lbs pl8w8, which is 763 lbs real, translates to 3.32x bw. I have bad lower back posture from propping up on the elbows while laying on my stomach as a kid.
Most natties will spend the majority of their training lifetime in this spot. They'll get to bodyweight in several months & then it'll be a multi year slog to get from 1 to 1.5X bodyweight bench. And getting past 1.5 bodyweight is something not everybody can do. If you've got average muscle building genetics & you're tall, getting past 1.5X will be extremely tough
currently I'm intermediate on all, very closer to advanced side but still.
years ago I reached early advanced stats, but then injuries & dadlife so I plateau at about 90% of my PRs.
I don't do any of these lifts because they're always occupied at the university gym.
Average public gym experience.
That is why home gym is the way.
squat: barely past beginner
bench: beginner
deadlift: intermediate
OHP: not sure but it's .75x my bw for 5x
>Squat: Noob
>Bench: Noob
>Deadlift: Noob

i bench 175 but weigh 215
BW: 66kg (145lbs)
Bench: 80kg (176lbs) [x1.2]
Squat: 120kg [x1.8]
Deadlift: 170kg [x2.5]

advanced but bodyweight ratios are retarded and favor weak manlets
Post 'em numbers or... are you afraid.
squat 185kg
bench 130kg
deadlift 240kg
bw 100kg
my bench is weakest because i didn't do it as much as the rest. my dip is +95kg at 95kg bw for comparison
literally just calculate your ffmi jesus.
Squat: advanced
Bench: intermediate
Deadlift: advanced
For a year and a half serious training, I'm happy enough
