          It also has to do with how often, and when, you eat.
          If you eating schedule is robotic, your body will reflect it. If you're eating all the time, either because you want or because you have not the available time to eat gargantuan meals, your stomach will be constantly working, thus the frequent goings to the loo to deliver number 2's.

        6'1 went from 170 to 190
        Been sitting at least 2 a twice consistently
        Metamucil helps, as well as a prebiotic

    I don't eat enough food to poop more than 2-3 times per week. I'm not constipated because it comes out fine. I'd just violate the conservation of mass if the outputs were more than the inputs.
