Hi i dont know what to do seriusly im going to give up

Look im a male 30 years old and i been lifthing for two years and still look like crap yes i can bench 240 lbs and do push ups even pull ups and still my muscles dont grow i only get stronger, is hard to me see other guys getting ripped with half the weight i lift and in some months and yes even went broke with a low carb high proteine diet and still look fat and only got strength.
Yes i do cardio 30 min and still dont burn fat and only got the strenght

          You need read a little more I bench 240 lbs and Change Trailer and bus tires for living the problem is not the strenght the problem is that my muscles dont grow, i tried slow and steady pushups, fast and almost zero breaks and even when i watched an old Gold gym arnold movie i tired the muscle failure and still my muscles dont growth just became stronger

          If you dont have problems with your muscles you are free to go friend, some body here must be stuck in a problem just like me with muscles that dont want to grow easy and could give some advice maybe the problem is the lack of rest or the way i increase the weight.

    Walk for 2 hours EXTRA every day. Do this for 8 weeks, then report back.

    You have too much body fat to see your results anyway.
    You need to lower your body fat.
    30 minutes is fine but try to do more. And find ways of exercising without exercising. Like walking more when you can, or cleaning around the house in a vigorous way.
    And eat less chocolate and stuff like that if you do eat it.

    Other than that, what is your actual workout anyway?
