How do you get the second/back/lower part of the triceps to show up? Is it just losing fat or do you need to exercise that specifically

He looks natty, except for his shoulders but I can't ascertain that he's frauding. Everything else looks natty as frick though. Check the video below, depending on the lighting and angles his shoulders look too big and round for his frame, other times they look well developed but within the natty range

my shoulders as a natty who hasnt even achieved 1/2/3/4 and has never cut in his life + terrible lighting + shaking
How to achieve those shoulders? I hit them twice a week, should I increase to three times/week?
My shoulders started actually growing once I started doing barbell OHP (main) + seated dumbbell OHP (accessory) + light controlled dumbbell lateral raises (sometimes) + light controlled rear delt flies (prehad for shoulder pain)
I told you everything above, which might seem complicated, but it all really centers around the barbell OHP. The rest is accessory to avoid injuries or add a little bit more of hypertrophy.
I used to avoid OHP for a long time due to shoulder pain, but, if you learn proper form and do some prehab stuff, it really is the best shoulder exercise.
Thanks mate! I already do those, I sometimes switch the OHP for seated press as I like to alternated. I also hit every side of the delts and have recenlty incorporated rear delt flies, an exercise I really enjoy somehow. I am considering adding an extra shoulder session during the week to hopefully maximise the gains
