Mainstream now.
>sleeping without blanket
Been sleeping on top of the covers for the better part of a year, what i training?
training insects to find your pp and crawl into it
>chin downs
Average Slavic high schooler
>landmine anything
Why do landmines?
Unilateral work and a ton of stuff that carries over to explosive movements.
this, anything I do with my landmine attachment just hits muscles better for me.
>ALRIGHT YOU QUEERS, 20 SETS OF I CAN'T FEEL MY LEGS!
Zercher anything, barbell hack squats, Anderson squats, Anderson presses, Z-press.
Protip: old-school strongman routines are better for all-around strength than hyperfixating on bench/squat/deadlift 1rm competition powerlifting-style routines.
>old-school strongman routines
Any material on them?
Check out atlaspowershrugged and deadliestlift on IG

source: trust me bro
I agree that working in 1-3 range is stupid for non-powerlifters and for sure doing super arch on bench like they used to and only squatting till parallel is fucking dumb, but overall these movements are as fundamental as it gets. Just don't forget pull ups, rows and ohp
Okay so how strong are you? Post body let's see it. What's your trip on plg (also has strongman)? You aren't a pussy right?
not him but lol

Redpill me on it.
>static effort
To assist in the process.
>kettlebell tossing
rip kettlebell
Just do it in the wild.
>kettlebell tossing
That's actually legit. Weight for Distance a highland games event, dumb idea to do it indoors like that though
fucking retard, imagine if he hit someone
imagine seeing a dude built like a brick shit house approaching the kettlebell section and not running for the hills.
kettlebell section should be populated strictly by stacies and dyels, anyone who looks even slightly built in that section is gonna be doing some retarded lift that sends a kettlebell flying in their vicinity.
i've seen jacked dudes approach kettlebell section 6 times in my life and every time they do some meme exercise they saw online and the kettlebell slips from their hand.
>Jacked dudes
>Kettlebell slips from their hands
Imagine being jacked but having the grip strength of a fucking toddler. What a fucking waste of time
you'd have to have the grip of a gorilla to stop a 90 pound kettle bell from flying out of your hand after you try to clean jerk it
If you're doing a clean and jerk you're keeping the kettlebell pretty close to your body, not swinging it out in front of you. Sounds like they just don't know what the fuck they're doing lol
>you'd have to have the grip of a gorilla to stop a 90 pound kettle bell from flying out of your hand after you try to clean jerk it
It's quite easy actually. I clean and jerk 32kg kettlebell but can't even hold 100kg barbell for too long. If you have 150kg+ deadlift it should be no problem at all.
bro knew what he was doing
?????????? wtf
360 mace swings, clockwise and counter clockwise. do it like 15x5 sets for both
>Reverse seated deadlift
Keep this one a secret
horse stance
Plyometrics train literally everything except hypertrophy. Just FYI.
Pallof press
ah my favorite exercise
I hate doing side planks, so I always do the following superset to train side-core instead.
>kettlebell around-the-worlds
>kettlebell figure 8s
>kettlebell around-the-heads
You feel DOMS in your obliques after it?
>picrel
How hard to get that physique?
>meme mustache
>meme tattos
>meme clothes
>meme lift
This man's entire life is dictated by memes
dont forget the load of bracelets hes wearing like a teenage girl. yeah this gay basically found one of those clothing diagrams that show an outfit to wear but looked at one memeing and just basically copied it to the t in the most generic word for word way. this guy is faker than some whore with double d's would love to punk this little gay

i think its that guy
Dyel general.
>p-p-post body!
You're in the phase where you're looking for "secret" lifts posted by dyels on youtube like doing overhead presses in a hack squat.
damn concise as fuck and completely accurate.. so accurate you already riled up this pipsqueak lol
>You're in the phase where you're looking for "secret" lifts posted by dyels
You're in the JUST LIFT BRO phase. Don't worry, you will grow out of it with experience.
>death press
So that's why they call it suicide grip
It's been a long time since I saw bb's video.
>pullups without grabbing the bar with your hands via figure 8 straps
deficit pushups with weight on your back in a backpack
Get a shovel, get dirt in it. Try to get it overhead without spilling any dirt on yourself. Do a Turkish getup with a shovel full of dirt as the weight. As your hands get stronger, go farther out on the handle.
Not that unorthodox but slightly… snatch grip deadlift, kettlebell muscle snatch, bottoms-up get-ups, towel or ropes for pull-ups, zercher squats, zercher deadlifts, anything with sandbag, anything with heavy rocks collection outside like clean/press, treating heavy barbell curls as a main lift, one arm bench press, weighted push-ups at heavy weight for core training, running backwards, running sideways, bear crawl sprints, rings for inverted shrugs/inverted upright row, max jump height using only calf muscles,
>running backwards, running sideways
Wow. Sometimes great ideas hide in plain sight.
I dunno if this is obscure or not, but Im getting back into working out and have minimal resources for weights at home (getting a gym membership soon so calm down just doing this in the meantime) but if I'm doing an exercise that I only have one weight for like single leg extensions on my bench, I put the 45 plate on there and do 12, 10, 8, 10, 12. I also do the same single calf raises. It's an ass kicker but I never see anyone talk about it. Does it even work or am I being retarded?
Pullovers
If you squint very hard, you can see grandma's saggy tits
Plank row.
Those are called renegade rows if you do them with push ups. Nothing obscure about them.
towel pull ups
i have 0% muscle and 0% fat, is there an easy exercise that grows your biceps without weights?
Supinated grip chin-ups.
