What are your favorite high protein meals?
Mine is ordering a family sized box of boneless fried chicken and devouring the entire thing alone in my apartment, naked, watching either dark souls challenge runs or right-wing political commentary videos on YouTube. Washed down with mango loco monster energy drink.
Sounds nice
Sounds like run-of-the-mill binge eating to me
I prefer to think of it as intermittent fasting
For me? It's two fatty ribeyes and water. If I'm feeling extra hungry, I'll melt some Vital Farms organic pasture-raised butter on it.
My man...
Nothing like smoking some meats on the charcoal grill after a good workout.
Threw bunch of bone-in, skin on chicken thighs last night. Sprayed it with some homemade reaper hot sauce to finish.
Good shit.
Did you dump two raw eggs on top of it?
Mmmmm
Fricking disgusting goyslop
that shit look heat fr.
1lb salmon filet and some edamame noodles sauteed with broccoli and turnip greens and turkey bacon... mmmm. i like to put on chess game analysis or solve a few puzzles myself.
right wing political commentary is cringe tho.
Based ymfah enjoyer
For me it's 3 eggs, an english muffin, 1 to 2 ham steaks, and slices of cheddar cheese.
When dad gives moose, boar or deer meat. That shit is gold.
I'm 160lb and ripped and I eat a 16pc KFC party bucket every day.
>Fatty sugar junkfood with sugar drink to wash it down while sitting on your ass
>right-wing political commentary videos on YouTube.
Which ones? It must be pretty pozzed if it's still allowed to be on YouTube.
eggs with chicken breast, onion and other random vegetables
eaten with protein bread (tastes like shit but it has 10g per slice so frick it) with cheese
~80g of protein per meal like that on average
Probably grilled salmon with mayonnaise, lemon and dill.
Teriyaki chicken is also pretty good.
