          100 g of flank steak is about 28g of protein
          1 lb is about 450 grams
          4.5x28 = 126g protein

          100ml of whole milk has 3.3g of protein
          1 liter has 33g of protein
          1 liter is approximately 1 quart so there is 33g of protein in a quart of milk
          1 gallon is about 4 quarts or 4 liters so there is 132g of protein in a gallon of milk

          That diet should have more than enough protein. 126 + 33 = 159 g protein minimum.

      I don't agonize over anything, I just make sure that I have certain foods in my diet to hit my micros (very easy to do since I eat the same shit every day for the most part), and that's about it. I don't count anything, not even macros/calories. In fact I don't give a shit about my macros, as long as I get enough protein (which is extremely easy, just spam red meat/eggs/dairy, if you really need more just use whey protein) it hardly matters, I just try to expend as much energy as I can so that I can consume more fats and carbs
