    They all have a funky “wow this tastes artificial as frick” aftertaste and that’s all the proof I need to determine it’s shit. Best to avoid all added sugars and sweeteners to begin with though.

        Naturally fructose in fruit is different than table sugar. Nothing wrong with enjoying fruit in moderation. Many are loaded with vitamins, minerals and good probiotics
