      Do the number of sets that you should do to stimulate growth but enable recovery. As for reps, typical hypertrophy rep range 8-12 is fine. 5 is a little heavy

    Men only do them with a barbell. Not only builds better balance owing to your arms being in an awkard position, but also helps with shoulder work because even if you load more than your OHP max, when you finish both legs and are ready to lose consciousness you WILL lift the barbell.
