seriously one of the best foods out there. i eat probably 8-12 eggs a day, theyre just so damn convenient and delicious.
scrambled eggs cook almost instantly in a hot pan, fried eggs only a bit longer. any variation with some kind of bread is literally all i ever eat at home and really keep in my fridge.
most importantly theyre filled with protein and fat, and i can get my carbs from the bread. i literally get all of my macros at a cheap and easy price. wish i didnt live in an apartment so i could get my own chickens and get my own eggs.

I don't do bloodwork.
Cholesterol is only a problem when you have a fricked up body, the small LDL particles get damaged an then become even smaller. This leads to problems.
And even then it's not the root cause of it, the original cause of the problem is the inflammation and damaged metabolism from sucking down too many pozzed loads
> Cholesterol is only a problem when you have a fricked up body,
Wrong
Cope because you can't eat 12 eggs a day

Dietary cholesterol intake doesn't affect blood cholesterol unless you're slamming vegetable oil all day (average american)
> Dietary cholesterol intake doesn't affect blood cholesterol
Wrong
wrong.
Egg appreciation? How about egg farmer hate.
>aunt has chickens
>feeds them kitchen scraps and the 4 of them have a big yard to run around in
>eggs have deep orange yolks and taste a lot richer than store bought eggs
>I move away for uni
>try every different type of egg in store
>free range, organic, low chicken per hectare etc
>thin shells, yellow yolks, not much taste
Egg farmers need to be beaten up. These golems take no pride in their work and make industrial bullshit instead of real eggs.
this is one of the reasons i want my own chickens. instead of throwing leftovers away i could give them to the chickens and get more eggs. i looked it up, and most chickens lay once a day. so i would need around 10 chickens a day to help me get my macros.
My family used to have 30 chickens and nothing nothing beats eggs fresh from free roaming birds that mostly eat bugs and forage.
Heavy layers do like 300 a year you might want a dozen or so. They're fun anyways and get picked off by predators occasionally so get extra
based but does it make it hard to go on vacation and shit?
Someone would have to come by and take the eggs and give them water and close them up at night
ACK
I've been doing 12 eggs a day for years and the only issue i have is getting too fricking jacked
Wendler could suck on my salty eggs if you know what i mean
