There’s millions of dollars worth of equipment at my gym that a $2k home gym will never be able to replace. Keep copeing and seething with your shitty barebones minimalists home gym workouts

I can do literally every exercise of worth with my 250€ bench and barbell set lmao. Keep paying tho moron

Delusional, you’ve ever actually been to a real gym have you?

You probably live in some 3rd world country and went to social shared gym in some commie apartment blocks that has a few dog shit machines and some old dumbbells and standard barbells.

Protip: a home gym can never replace a real gym that has dozens/hundreds of different machines and cables and plate-load machines worth $5000-15000 each and full proper power racks, platforms, and other shit

And no, your minimalist routine at home with minimalist equipment does NOT offer anywhere near the same workout potential

          Keep seething and copeing

            >please pay x amount of cash to watch morons do reverse decline kegel curls on the OHP platform and waste your time goyem
            >waste your time further with transit and closed gyms when the next cold-wave hits again and everything absolutely has to shut down.

It's getting quite obvious that you are bating here. Take your (you) and make a better thread next time please.

You don't need any of the machines at commercial gyms dumbass. You can do every machine exercise (better) with barbells/dumbbells
            >bench
            >OHP
            >squats
            >deadlift
            >curls
            >rows
Not to mention dips and pull ups which you don't have to go to a gym for either. Don't need anything more than that

Those exercises are starting first lifts that you start a workout with, if that’s the only lifts you do you’re gona be DYEL forever.

              >75% of his routine is loading his spine

This is why minimalist home gyms are shit

The only exercises there that "load the spine" are squats and deadlifts. Go back to school, dyel

                OHP loads the spine
                Bb rows loads the spine
                Squat loads the spine
                Deadlifts load the spine

I’m sure the way you do curls loads your spine

This is true. Home gyms are only decent if you're some minimalist powerlifter

In my garage I have 3 hammer strength machines, a rack, DBs to 140, multiple bars, a freemotion crossover, 2 cardio machines, and a better leg press than 99% of gyms will ever have

There's zero reason for me to ever go to a commercial gym other for than occasional variety as none of the local ones have better quality equipment than I do

There is no rule saying if you have a home gym you can't have a gym membership.
