Homemade mass gainers

I am a dyel skeleton and was buying commercial mass gainers for a little while. They were definitely working, but they're expensive, full of shit, and I couldn't find any that tasted nice (all too sweet). What are your homemade mass gainer recipes?
>Pic related is one (~870 calories) I found after a quick google search, anyone tried it?

Banana bread is pretty good for bulking:
Just mix bananas, milk, honey, raisins, oats, flour, eggs and protein powder to a dough and put it into the oven. This is calorie dense, tastes good, is easy to make, relatively healthy and you can snack it like a protein bar.

All you need is oatz. 10 oz dry oats is 1200 calories and 48 grams of protein (granted, 24% of that is avenin which is not digestible and will make you fart).
Blend it into powder, add water, blend some more, and drink it all in less than 2 minutes otherwise the oats turn into cement.
Stomach will be upsetti after that so drink after your workout but with this method I went from 6'2 140lbs to 200lbs

What about things like oat "milk", it's got oats so it's gotta be good, right?

That's why I wrote "milk", even though that's what it's called in English. Where I live it's called "oat drink" but not in English.

If I was in your boat I would just cook rice/potatoes then blend it into a smoothie with protein powder. It'll be chunky bullshit but the flavors are so mild it won't be nasty getting it down. I think oats are poison due to the borderline illegal amount of pesticides on them so I'd prefer white rice.

Double posting but I just realized what I suggested is exactly what Rich Piana's "Real Food" supplements were. It's the ideal way to go for mass gaining since it's actual nutrition instead of dextrose filler.

        >good!
        >grind up potato (mashed potato) or rice
        >bad!!!
Frick off back to tiktok, zoomer. Just wait until Greg Doucette or MPMD says to do this and you come crawling back.

You could literally just put ice cream, peanut butter and whey in a blender.

If you're too moronic to eat enough real food, can't help you
