how actually easy is to be in shape?

There's something that keeps bothering me.

But, how minimal effort do you need to do in terms of cardio and lifting to produce significant changes in the body?

I don't mean like bodybuilding shit, but I mean basic toning and maybe athetlic ottermode lean build.

I really keep wondering, if such normie goal, isn't like the most shit b***h ass basic easy goal?

Like wouldn't be 5 minutes of like 1 HIIT sprint of raising legs over 80 meters every day in a single sprint be enough for the cardio?
And like a couple reps of isometric I hold some big rock or medium size plant pot while squating in some holding posture similar to yoga tree provide similar results long term to pull ups and squats?

And then just do some isometric push ups mixed with holding some kind of isometric yoga push up with some variations at diferent angles, like do the same shit than a normal push up set?

Seems like a dumb question, but I keep wondering this.
Like... how easy is in reality to be in shape.

You actually nailed it pretty much. If you do what you say you would get that body.

      newbie posting.

The point of lifting super heavy weights is that you put in the least amount of time and effort, same with HIIT. This ofc raises the risk of injury, which is why u stretch and warm up.

you don't need super autistic weights, like your body doesn't need 300 kg to lift, moron.

        It's rather relative

Things that are easy to do are also easy not to do. That said it is way easier to set around and do nothing. You don’t even have to stuff your face, just eat and don’t move. Before you know it your weight will have ballooned and missing a meal will make your body shake uncontrollably as it feels like it is starving when it has plenty of fat to eat.

my point is that you don't need like super austistic hyper training to get in shape.

It's more like making a jab about all the lazy people.
like... I think even a bare minimal exercise to be enough.

I do feel getting in shape is more about doing something long term than the specifics of the workout.

Put weight on the bar do it 5 times sit around on your phone or whatever then repeat till u don't feel like it anymore what's easier than that with a good diet that will get you wherever you want.

You don't need to overthink it you do the bare minimum unless you need specific training for something or just want to.

Depends on what you mean by "in shape". Even specifying "ottermode" leaves a lot of room for personal interpretation. My (American) in-laws consider me peak aesthetic, but this board (rightly) considers me a spooky skelly.

As far as "significant changes" goes, the amount of effort to get to your goal depends on how far away from it your starting point is. If you're starting as a rail like me you just need to eat more and work out a couple times a week. If you're a fatass, you need to limit caloric intake, start a couch-to-5k program, and learn to cook.

Lastly, you need to know that the hardest part of getting/staying in shape is discipline. You need to make habits and STICK WITH THEM especially when you feel like cheating. It's easier said than done, and it's why 99% of fatties fail.

                I know.

                But like...
Animals don't do this workout autistic shape, and they still have in shape bodies.
Primitive hunters, like they do just b***h ass basic shit, and they look ottermode.
Peasants in like rural shitholes, they look fit and they just do basic b***h ass shit.

I honestly see IST goes into autism, while some japanese gardener who doesn't eat like garbage and just do basic gardening work, maybe he lifts a couple pots.
He still gets a body that mogs most normies.

Well the thing is you don't know what they do in their spare time they could be doing pull ups, pushups and training hard. Many people lie to make their genes seem superior.

I doubt primitive hunters and animals are like doing super competitive workouts.

      it's not that hard really
the first and most important step is to not be fat/not eat too much and get your protein

if you aren't fat you can get away with doing a basic calisthenic routine like:

pushups, chinups, pullups, tricep dips, some ab exercise and maybe get some dumbbells for shoulders and biceps if chinups aren't enough, all 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
you can do these in 30 minutes (or throughout the day if you want) 3-4 times a week
in some months you should be a nice ottermode

stone age people were active 24/7, of course they were in shape, that's not minimum effort like you said in OP
the closest modern equivalent would be a non-fat manual labourer I guess

nevermind, you have modern day hunter-gatherer societies, just look at those, none of them are even close to ottermode, just skinny

If it was so easy the US wouldn’t have an obesity rate nearing 50%. It’s easier to do nothing and complain about it.
