How are you realistically supposed to eat in an eight hour window?

Breakfast at eight, to work at nine until five, eating lunch anywhere between noon and two. Am I supposed to cook dinner at work before 4? Cook a meal at home, not eat it and pack it for dinner the next day? This is pants on head moronic. Why would you ever grill something and not eat it right away and it as a sub par leftover instead?

I boil a dozen eggs and carry them around in a bag and eat them throughout the day. I call it a bag-o’-eggs. My coworkers think it’s funny but it does kind of smell because of the lack of refrigeration. I got kicked off the bus a few times

sounds like a bland and boring diet. Trying to figure out how I can have a breakfast of bacon and eggs and grill beef, pork and chicken regularly inside of an 8 hour window. Doesn't seem possible. Then one day if I ever get hitched and have kids, what then? Just never eat with the family or sit at the table while they eat?

Then just boil a bunch of steak and bacon or chicken? And throw them in the bag….not hard

too long eating window and thats not really fasting, its just a regular diet. you dont have tp fast in order to get your body goals but it helps to some people. if you just interested in experimenting just start with 16/8 its not that hard, plan your day according to the time you are going to sleep and eat your last meal at least four hours before you go to sleep+8 hours of sleep you already fasted 12 hours and then you will have only 4 hours left so just skip breakfast and eat your first meal at noon

Why are fat people this difficult? I'm trying to bulk and have extreme difficulty eating more than 1 meal per day. Are there really people that must eat 3? I cannot fathom that.

My lunch is just a can of tuna. My diet mostly consists of

Breakfast: 4 egg and cheese omelette, two strips of bacon, 8oz oj.

Lunch: 4.5 oz can of tuna

Dinner: ~1 lb steak, two pork chops or 2-3 chicken thigh pieces or legs and 10-12 oz of vegetables; corn, carrots, peas or brussel sprouts.

What pretty much anybody does is : wake up, don't eat breakfast because whose even hungry when they wake up anyways. Eat at noon. Cook dinner at like 6 and eat a big meal then and bam you're fine. If you can't survive off two big meals you're moronic and are just a fat ADHD person who constantly needs to be eating.

Spend an hour on your day off cooking enough food for lunches during the week and put it into containers. It's not hard anon.
