How bad are these for you

    overpriced and hard on your body. I drink them. Here's my cope. I dont drink alcohol, do drugs, smoke or drink soda. I exercise multiple times a week and rarely eat fast food. I get 7-9 hours of sleep a night. If the worst thing I do is drink 4-6 energy drinks (always sugar free) then im probably doing ok.

        4-6 a day. My daily caffeine intake is about 1500mg. I need at least 600 to feel anything. Lifting got me hooked

          anons I'm not a doctor but you should mention this to your doctors because that sounds extremely dangerous as a fellow caffeine enjoyer (500 mg a day). Surely you can slowly cut down if it means your heart not randomly exploding.

    Hi Ball energy drink is the methadone of energy drinks. Fizzy water with a drop of flavor essence and caffeine. Not the best taste.

    Eh I don't really get why they have such a bad wrap. All the ingredients are basically a meme but it's not any worse than a pre-workout and better than a can of coke. Water and black coffee are the healthiest drinks but there are plenty worse than a lower calorie energy drink.

    The acid will ruin your teeth and fuck with your intestines over time. The caffeine will fuck with your mood and sleep schedule. The extra chemicals will either predominantly pass through your body and give you nothing or increase some unnecessary chemical level in your body until it becomes a problem.
    They also give kidney stones apparently, but won't fully vouch on that.

    They're worse for you than water, better for you than cigarettes, alcohol, etc. Probably on the same level or slightly better than soda except the caffeine means you shouldn't have more than 1 per day.

    I supplement them for pre on the road. I wouldn't /sip/ them casually though. Very high caffeine... Artificial as hell
