overpriced and hard on your body. I drink them. Here's my cope. I dont drink alcohol, do drugs, smoke or drink soda. I exercise multiple times a week and rarely eat fast food. I get 7-9 hours of sleep a night. If the worst thing I do is drink 4-6 energy drinks (always sugar free) then im probably doing ok.
That is too much. The human heart isn't created to handle that high of a caffeine intake. You stay on this road and you're going to give yourself cardiac issues sooner, rather than later.
I’ve been drinking 4 energy drinks daily for a decade.
Besides crippling anxiety and blood pressure medication, I’m fine.
I think.
anons I'm not a doctor but you should mention this to your doctors because that sounds extremely dangerous as a fellow caffeine enjoyer (500 mg a day). Surely you can slowly cut down if it means your heart not randomly exploding.
Don't drink energy drinks. Don't drink any of them. The more you drink, the more you disrupt your gut microbiome, All of a sudden, from out of left field, you feel like committing some serious suicide. Get your energy from a good diet or black coffee.
Brother this shit all started as preworkout. Bang, not the first but the first mainstream breakout success in the market that everybody started imitating, is made by a vitamin supplement company. It's all just premixed canned preworkout supplements that you can now get at most gas stations 2 for $4
energy drinks are only based when used to quit weed or sugar. coffee is better. you can argue the taste is good, but then it just means you are a manbaby who needs sweet stuff to not hyperventilate >t. former monster addict
>use Hi Ball energy water to reduce the need for energy drinks
I like Nuun energy tablets. They taste like gatorade without sugar and have a lot of caffeine
If you ever have to ask "how bad" then you know you've fucked up and are having too many.
I don't have to ask "how bad are Oreos, milkshakes, gummy bears, Nutella??? etc etc" because I know I have that shit so infrequently it couldn't possibly matter.
If you can remember the exact day you last had an energy drink then you've had too many
Eh I don't really get why they have such a bad wrap. All the ingredients are basically a meme but it's not any worse than a pre-workout and better than a can of coke. Water and black coffee are the healthiest drinks but there are plenty worse than a lower calorie energy drink.
The acid will ruin your teeth and fuck with your intestines over time. The caffeine will fuck with your mood and sleep schedule. The extra chemicals will either predominantly pass through your body and give you nothing or increase some unnecessary chemical level in your body until it becomes a problem.
They also give kidney stones apparently, but won't fully vouch on that.
They're worse for you than water, better for you than cigarettes, alcohol, etc. Probably on the same level or slightly better than soda except the caffeine means you shouldn't have more than 1 per day.

Same could be said for any standard powder pre-workout
Do you have a point
Agreed, honestly they're just over priced caffeinated b vitamin water. I enjoy a nice refreshinf Bang myself.
Exactly my thoughts brother!
>4-6
A week right?
4-6 a day. My daily caffeine intake is about 1500mg. I need at least 600 to feel anything. Lifting got me hooked
must be trolling

Is there like a powder beverage to use for energy ? Like g fuel but stuff you could pick up at the store
Yes anon it's called preworkout
Brother this shit all started as preworkout. Bang, not the first but the first mainstream breakout success in the market that everybody started imitating, is made by a vitamin supplement company. It's all just premixed canned preworkout supplements that you can now get at most gas stations 2 for $4

Energy drinks are peak goyslop
Hi Ball energy drink is the methadone of energy drinks. Fizzy water with a drop of flavor essence and caffeine. Not the best taste.
Best way to taper off.
>use Hi Ball energy water to reduce the need for energy drinks

>"i saw fit people in advertisements take preworkout so it has to be good for me"
absolute buffoonery
Makes your hair fallout
Ive never seen someone who isn't a brainlet drink energy drinks

Oh to add if you just are like me and need a carbonated beverage just do Pierre or some other sparkling water and a caffeine pill
too many vitamins and caffeine too little water
kidneys struggle
neon green pee

People will be like "red bull is bad for you" and then do ridiculous trash like this

I supplement them for pre on the road. I wouldn't /sip/ them casually though. Very high caffeine... Artificial as hell
