adderall isnt a thing in my country but I take dex everyday. Blood pressure and heart rate effects are really pretty minimal but if your just using it as a prework out and your not used to it its probably a pretty dangerous combo

none because I don't abuse it, my ADHD is much worse on days I don't take it but thats to be expected
You will get withdrawl when you come off.
Source: also adhd & take dex. I take 2 week medication holidays every couple of months. Withdrawal is manageable but its present.
Should probably try to get the ir's if it's for pre-workout. The xrs will keep that speed going long after you don't need it anymore

Not much to tell really, the ir's are immediate release the xr are extended release so unless you're planning to lift all day, the energy will bleedover into your out of gym life. That said, damn I miss Adderall, I miss the sweet taste it would leave in the back of my throat after snorting a line, can be highly addictive, starts out just using it for a boost for your workout but can very quickly turn into doing a line every few hours.
Tldr: they're fun if you have good self control but if you already like cocaine or use caffeine heavily I'd stay away.
Ups your heart rate by a decent bit, but you feel a lot of energy. I took a 60mg Vyvanse one day in HS cause I needed to read a 400 page book in a day, it started kicking in right before my weights class and it was a pretty good experience. I wouldn't do that regularly though, too much strain on the hard, also risk of dehydration and such.
Another anecdote: I had a buddy who played baseball and he wound up getting addicted to adderall since he'd take some IR's prior to every game for greater focus. He said it made a big difference playing while on it rather than off it. Problem is you wind up getting addicted to it.

Not very good, gives you the wrong type of energy if that makes sense. I mean sure it's better than not being cracked out I suppose, but you'd do better to have an energy drink or something.

Adderal makes you want to clean and organize shit, it doesn't really give you physical energy but rather mental energy.
comfy way to quit amps/dmph etc:
(1) if you're drinking coffee or PWO stop
(2) if you are used to taking this first thing in the morning and redosing, postpone your first dose slightly each day
(3) get to where you are taking your first dose 2-3 hours after waking up
(4) start cutting your dose by 1mg per day
(5) if it stops feeling comfy in the mornings, have a strong coffee or energy drink in the morning and try cutting your dose that day by 5mg or more. If you can make it to 5pm there's literally no reason to dose since you can just go to bed in a few hours
(6) when you get down to half your old dose you can chill a bit there for a week and wait until you are feeling the same as you did on full dose
(7) try to do goals like doing your run or workout before taking a dose. Only drink coffee/PWO if you haven't dosed and plan to dose less afterwards than your schedule. you don't want to end this and be stuck drinking 3 monsters a day like a moron.
(8) get sunlight and make sureto keep up on your fitness. It will recover you much much faster than sitting on PC
With these steps it's really quite easy to drop speed and such things

I stack adderall with my PWO and L-Theanine. Feels like nirvana.
I take 5mg in the morning and another 5mg in the afternoon - Adderall IR. After the first week, I no longer had side effects, but the mental focus provided by the drug endured.
I noticed my efforts to get those last few reps were greatly increased. I wouldn't say I could physically lift more, rather grinding out final reps was less enervating.
I also play tennis, and the drug completely changed my game. It's like I jumped a level or two. I'm beating opponents I couldn't touch before because of the elevated focus and calm I feel during intense points.
There are also other benefits related to work and school, but I'll stop here. Overall, amazing drug if you stick to the minimally effective dose. If you need more than 10mg to feel something, you fricked up. Of course, everyone metabolizes the drug differently, but most studies show 10mg to be good enough the vast majority of the time. My psych wanted me to titrate up to 20mg/day and I told him 10mg/day was enough.
For me it's wellbutrin. Unreal stamina and strenght gains.
