      if you really did cut carbs down to basically zero and do it 5-6 days a week
      that is plenty

      if you are working out you should see results in a week or two of that shit anon

          i think 1 week is fine anon
          but i guess it depends on your goals

          if you go 30 days on this restrictive diet
          and you cheat 1-3 days (spread apart)
          i think you are still getting results and passing the class

        You just boil chicken and add onions sprouts, basil, chili, lemon, onions sauce and beef.

        Just blend oatz into a powder, mix with eggs, salt and baking powder. Make it into balls (dont make them too thick fatso) and bake.

        Then mix some pulled chicken with eggs, Hispanices and a some ground oatz. Cook it into patties on a pan.

        Slice the oat buns, spread some mustard (NO MAYO, NO KETCHUP), add the patties, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles.

        There you go gay, you have burgers now, just dont stuff your face with them like a pig and your flabby ass will still lose weight (assuming you are lifting and dont have hypogonadism).

        And no, it isn’t McDonalds fag, but at least you can satisfy your craving without having to starve yourself, eventually caving in to junk food.

        And in case you didn’t figure it out yourself you can follow that same logic for any craving you get.
