If it's 100% onions protein then it will be complete protein, but we'll all make fun of you. Any other plant source will require you to make sure they chose complementary sources, as in amino acid profiles which have what the other lacks. As an ass-pulled rule I always eat double in plant what I would consume in animal.

      what about Beef protein powder?

        Anonymous

Plant-based proteins tend to have lower bioavailability, lower leucine and a less balanced ratio of essential amino acids (having a lot of some EAAs but very little of others).
If you're relying on plant protein you'll want more of it per day (to counter the lower bioavailability and leucine levels - leucine being particularly important for spiking muscle protein synthesis) and a balanced mix of different plant proteins.
If you're going to be relying heavily on protein powder then, at the very least, you'll want powder derived from both legumes (often low in the sulfur-containing amino acids methionine and cysteine but high in lysine) and grains (vice versa).

There's also concern regarding the phytoestrogenic effect of onions. The data supporting this is weak but it's not weak enough that I'd write it off entirely. Try to avoid onions protein if you can.

Beef protein is good. You're trying to build muscle so protein powder derived from muscle should provide all the ingredients you need.
Egg protein is similarly well balanced nutritionally and has high bioavailability but I've heard it tastes awful.

"Protien water" collagen based supplements are decent, get some that contains aminos to compensate for their amino defecit vs whey.

        >"Protien water" collagen based supplements
They taste great and they're easy to drink but you'll be leaning heavily on whatever supplementary aminos they include in the blend.
        https://www.strongerbyscience.com/research-spotlight-collagen/
        >Collagen has a very atypical amino acid profile; it lacks tryptophan entirely (hence the protein quality score of zero) and several other essential amino acids, but has very high amounts of glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, and hydroxylysine. Its amino acid profile is very conducive to collagen synthesis, which could theoretically be good for bones, tendons, and other connective tissues. In contrast, its amino acid profile is pretty awful for supporting hypertrophy, with relatively low amounts of important essential amino acids such as leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, methionine, and threonine.

I really wish I could freeze time and still move about freely, except while time os frozen I don’t age and I can restart time any time I want, and be able to leave it frozen for as long as I want. I would do good with that ability, I would stop and punish bad people.
Just, I would also do certain things… which of course technically would never have occurred at all if I did it whole time was frozen. I would stop robbers and rapists and shootings and just stop all the injustice in our world, but also I would steal money from major corporations who wouldn’t hurt losing the occasional few grand and buy a warehouse to live in and have prints made to put on my walls of the anus of every woman I’ve met. I would do so much good.
I would also hope that a camera worked whole time was frozen though.
I’m sure I would also leave time frozen for periods of like 6 months just to get some peace and quiet.

I am doing the vegan protein powder thing and it all seems kind of shit. Tried picrel which was just quinoa and peaprotein but it still had 2g polyunsaturated fat per serving so had to drop it, now I am using carrington farms coconut protein which is coconut protein pumpkin powder (not pumpkin seed powder lol) and pea protein and the fat is saturated but it is 130 cals per 20g protein serving which is pretty crazy. Wish you could find plain coconut protein powder but it doesn’t seem to exist, I would just supplement lycine with it and call it good. If all the isolated parts of the coconut were available to adjust the macro ratio accordingly I would only ever eat coconuts.

    1) Dont drink protein powder. Eat real food, and stop being a homosexual.
    2) Plant protein powders are terrible for you, and contain high amounts of heavy metals. They also dont have anywhere near the amount of bioavailable protein that an animal source would have.
    3) They taste like actual dirt and vomit. If this sounds appetising to you, then be my guest

Everything gives me acne, on a vegan diet it finally seems under control

        Anonymous

Ive been a vegan, and I can tell you that you are mistaken. You are experiencing a placebo effect, and the reason you seem euphoric from the diet is because of all the stress hormones and adrenals that your body is producing right now because of its nutrient deficiencies.
After a couple months vegan, your acne will get bad. Your skin will look red and puffy, and you will have a bloated face, even at low body fat.

If you want to get rid of acne, stop drinking dairy, since it sounds like a trigger food for you. Eat meat, eggs, and get carbs from non-glutenous sources (honey, fruit, white rice, potatoes).

Im not lactose intolerant, but lots of cheap supermarket dairy gives me acne as well. Raw/ unpasturized dairy doesnt tho, since its higher quality, and has all of its digestive enzymes still intact.

But seriously, cut out the shakes. They are garbage for you, and you will get more than enough protein if you just eat real food.

If you getting acne on everything except veggies, you probably have bad bile flow. Take lecithine + taurine + TUDCA for bile fluidity, bile flow bitters or fats (green bitter salad with olive oil or just an egg yolk) before food for bile secretion. Drink warm water through the day.

          Anonymous

I forgot one more thing, bile flow depends on stomach acidity, so you might have low stomach acid too. Check it with soda test or gastropanel. Taking zing and stimulating acidity before food with apple cider vinegar or betaine HCL will fix it. Vegans and vegetarians often have low stomach acid
