How bad is sugar for you really? I don't really eat sweets much, maybe once or twice a month.
However I enjoy more "premium" sugar cane 12oz sodas usually with lunch and dinner.
iI've heard things like just 1 soda is too much sugar and very unhealthy but how is it so unhealthy besides just being empty calories provided you live a healthy lifestyle?
the only issue i see is fricking up your teeth
t. dentist
Dermatology student here. We should link up. Need it or keep it?
Accountant here, I think we should hangout sometime.
It increases you risk for heart disease, which can't be good for you cardio, like at all. It also rots your teeth.
BRO I TYPED YOU'RE HOLY FRICKING SHIT. DID THE GODS CAST A SPELL ON ME?
>heart disease
no that is if youre a fat frick from over consumption of sugar
I would say those kind of drinks are fine in moderation. Enjoy it
>with lunch and dinner
Is too often. Once a week is fine.
I'd say even once every other week. One of those sodas has as much sugar as almost three tbsp of honey in only 12oz of liquid.
Nothing wrong with it as long as your metabolism is healthy and not impaired like most people nowadays. Only caveat is the oral health concern, make sure to clean your mouth and remineralize.
I want to eat candy but I also don't? I literally never drink sweet drinks and I would like to eat something sweet but at the same time sweet stuff is usually disgusting to me. I ate mochi earlier though
OP the only thing that matters is the big picture I.e. if you’re fit enough and your overall diet is enough to meet your goals. If both of those are true then it’s fine to drink those sodas.
for me it's the Jones Green Apple
If you want a high sugar treat, please consider using fruit juices instead of sodas, preferably with pulp.
Humans used to thrive almost entirely on beer and bread right? Carbs turn into sugar, I wonder how much sugar human bodies used to process before the industrial revolution.
Exactly people say sugar bad then eat bread and white rice though sugar is simple carbs too. The hidden factor are is metabolic health. Average goy has a stunted metabolism due to linoleic acid intake aka omega 6 polyunsaturated fat.
People in this thread probably ingest a ton of carbs(sugar) from beer but then try and argue sugar bad.
It's exactly as you said.
nobody thrived on bread alone. you might be able to subsist but you wont do well
Luke 4:4 KJV
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
Sugar is a superfood
I don't touch this shit. It's easier to maintain a healthy diet if you don't. If you want something sweat, go eat some fruit.
Sugar, just like all drugs, has no real visible consequences if not taken too much or too often.
The issue is if you do it too often.
what if you get your government endorsed sugar filled low fat chocolate milk everyday for breakfast and lunch at school?
It's just another proof that your government is your enemy and that putting your children in public schools is child neglect.
Sodas is the most goyslop thing you can get honestly. I don't understand why anyone would do that.
Get tea, coffee, herb infusion, or just water. Don't do soda.
Test it out anon, there is only one way to find out
Eat 100g of sugar every day for a month.
Add 100g every month that pases.
Take pictures of your physice and keep a diary to write how are you feelin.
Post updates here.
