how can I accurately track calories burned during a cardio session? I want to do HIIT at the end of my sessions but I also need to eat at a maintenance

    Tracking exercise calories in general is always going to be inaccurate because there are a million factors involved. Just look up a cardio calculator and input your height/weight and work off of that.
