Yes, I want to have sex with him. But I also want to look like him. Looks like a cool anime protagonist boy. Hnngh
I noticed it's a very common thing in gays where they try to look like the men they are attracted to. I wonder if it's some developmental issue that makes them unable to distinguish the attractions they experience which could also explain why they go for other men instead of women.
Anime to chud pipeline in a nutshell.
Be 51kg soaking wet and do nothing but core exercises
God I bet my dick would look even more massive if I was this fucking lean
>t. 5 incher
you'd have be very young like 25 tops. Live near ketogenic low levels of carbs like just enough to cover your activity.
what foods and drink should I avoid to maintain this physique?
nothing should be avoided per se but foods with low satiation relative to calories would probably make this feel like hell.
Why should i avoid carb? To get lean?
I didn't say avoid I said eat enough to cover your activity and not a whole lot more. So you slip in and out fat metabolism really quickly and aren't storing anything. We're not doing 20-30g a day more like 1g per lb based on activity which can jump to like 2-3g per lb easily if you do cardio. You're taking a specific amount for a specific effect because being so lean while being so light is largely min-maxing diet.
I want to look like that
>no muscle development
Basically you need to be on a very strict diet.
A little bit of muscle and very low bodyfat
Genetics also plays a role to an extent, this guy has god tier narrow waist and pelvis, so he looks good despite being a shoulderlet
Sacrifice your pals to the god hand
High protein, low calorie diet mixed with some exercise so that you gain and maintain muscle definition

Kuroro after getting fucked by Hisoka
He looks really really skinny ,Im not shitting on him but that body is easily -15kgs height like
175cm -> 60kgs
The usual fit advice would be
But this requires years of lifting and usually a more normal bodyfat around 12-15% not 5%
There is a certain level of athletics, dexterity, light footedness when you are like 20-25% under your last 2 digits of height in cm.
I could do incredibly things when I was that skinny/only muscle with 1 digit bf. Now Im 78kg while being 178cm with around 18% bf and my body feels like a rock. I wonder what it will feel like when Im only 10% bf at this weight.
100 pushups a day + don't eat.
Just starve yourself
Genetics and taking excellent care of your body from a young age. Adults who didnt start on the right path in their childhood simply cannot achieve this kind of physique. You either stayed in healthy shape at a young age and maintained, or you didnt.
being this lean is difficult as fuck, he is probably under 8% bodyfat which is extremely difficult to maintain and not very comfortable to be at since you'll lack energy throughout the day. He also has very fortunate genetics on top of that.
You can get close but it would take ages of lifting and maybe several bulk/cut cycles.
