        Apply this change if it stick good if it does not try something else.
        For example I could try to drink a glass of water before every 2 glassed of cola. I would go to the sink drink a glass of water realy fast and drink the cola as normal. The idea being the water would make me less tursty and result in less cola drank.

        You have to breath through the stress the coffee induces to burn fat was my understanding of it.
        Im doing good and losing waight using it.
        Its hard to come out on top if you have a fatty liver and dont use coffee, at least in my experience.

    You can burn visceral fat by losing fat in general. If it's stubborn you'll lose more of it when you approach shredded levels.
    Exercise seems to prevent build up since sumo wrestlers barely have any despite being morbidly obese. Not sure how much it really affects the loss if you've already built up a considerable amount.

    Lose weight/fat, stop drinking alcohol, eat as clean as possible. Helps to get a dexa scan to know exactly how much you have. I'm not sure how much I had when I was a fat frick, but I'm sure it was quite a bit. Eating clean, not drinking and being at 13-14% body fat, I have effectively zero visceral fat now.

    calorie defecit and the fastest way excercise wise is multiple short bouts of walking daily. So walk 2 hours morning 2 hours after noon 1 during evening. The goal is not to overdue it in one session and burn out your muscles hence why no 3 hour session. Lift every other second day but still at least 2-3 times a day 4 hours.
