How can I eat cottage cheese in a way that isn't sweet?

How can I eat cottage cheese in a way that isn't sweet? I know it's super good for me, but its so bland on its own and I don't like sweet food too much.

How do you eat your cottage cheese, fit? My dad used to eat on toast with salt, pepper and hot sauce and its not bad. I saw someone post once about putting Balsamic vinnegar on it and it sounds interesting.

I like to make salads with it. Chop up tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, whatever you enjoy and season with salt and garlic or green onions. You may enjoy it?

300 grams of lowfat cottage cheese gives you 40g of protein and only 230kcal, and even better you can pick up a weeks worth for next to nothing.

Anyone who knows of a better protein source, let me know.

Your dads way is superior. You can leave out the bread and eat it straight from the cup after spicing it up. A small amount diced onion and some olive oil is also good.
You can put it easily into a salad, too.
    Or spread it on cucumbers.

Chop up cherry tomatoes + basil, mix it in, or add a ton of everything but the bagel seasoning. I also sometimes mix it in with eggs for scrambled eggs

Salt, pepper, fermented lemon. Then it tastes like some sort of salted lemon yogurt.

I like putting black pepper and a bit of salt. But I can eat two cups of plain (low-fat) cottage cheese with ease, it's easier than drinking a whey shake.

I used to mix it with a little Feta cheese and pepper to use it as a dip for sliced cucumber and bell peppers

I eat it with picrel, using it like dip. These little frickers are 100 cal per fifty (50), and the carbs aren't bad. Adds a nice crunch - highly recommend

Cut it into cubes and add to your veggy salad, tomatoes, cucumber etc.

Or just add it into the pan when you fry you're eggs.
