    Get off the phone/computer 1 hour before you go to sleep

    sleep hygine = clean sheets etc, right room temp/humidity, bedtimes, no devices 1h before bedtime

    if snoring or fatty, cpap. There you go, this works in about 99% of many such cases

      Keep a rhythm.
      Have some sort of relaxing routine.
      Limit your caffeine and other stimulants.

      In the morning, get some sun in your eyes for about 10 minutes. Don't stare directly at it.
      Drink coffee if you have any about an hour and a half after waking to avoid double spiking cortisol.
      If you need a pick me up in the afternoon, have a green tea instead of more coffee. L-theanine will help to reduce the effects of caffiene later in the day.
      Get some more sun as the sun is setting.
      Don't eat or look at screens for an hour or so before bed.
      Take some magnesium and some GABA. Melatonin if desperate but try not to get reliant on it.

      u dont even have to be fat and need a cpap people that are yolked usually get apnea too.
      but if u often wake up entirely unrested check if your mouth is very dry after waking. there are those mouth guards that keep your tongue in place that are relatively cheap and easy to get and apparently work pretty well
      i also heard of people literally taping their mouths shut but that doesnt work if ur nose is fricked, but hey most insurances cover deviated septum surgeries

    Quit caffeiene. Do intense cardio every day. Lift every day. Study something intensly every day to the point where you can physically "feel" your brain.

    idk anon but you can't get as bad as me
    literally every 2 hours i wake up and have to piss
    i dont eat or drink anything 2hours before bed but this still occurs
    very rarely do i get 4+ continuous hours of sleep
    before my problem was falling asleep so i was prescribed pills for it.
    they didn't help but now my problem has shifted to staying asleep
    thanks for reading i have no one to discuss this with

      Sounds more like diabetes or prostate cancer rather than sleep apnea. You don't fully wake up with SA. You just wake up tired the next day. That's why it's hard for people to realise they have it.

    cut out your senses. wear a sleeping mask and earplugs. you cant sleep if theres constant light and noise around you. it helped me, not perfect but its improved my sleep to the point that i dont want to go to bed without

    if you ever struggle with getting your thoughts to shut up literally go AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA in your head or any letter of your choice. scream over any new thought in your head and at some point youll ascend beyond the head talk israelite
    after a while i can think "silence" in my manliest thought voice and focus on the noises/sensatopms around me and drift away peacefully
