    Look at any man that's well documented. Their jaw gets bigger as they age. If you want to make it more pronounced then you should work on making the masseter muscle bigger. Simplest way you can make it bigger is through chewing and biting exercises. Also stretch it if you're doing these exercises or else you risk getting TMJ

    Mastic gum. Using the one in pic. Have seen gains in jaw muscles and teeth straightening. Maybe teeth whitening but I also quit caffeine, so who knows.
    No idea what the optimal chewing time is. Chew for a few hours every day and you will be fine.
