    just build delts upper back and traps. pullups and handstand pushups at home are enough. if you can figure out a way to be able to go lower than the floor on handstand pushups. you can elevate yourself with books are make some paralletets.

                That's pretty much the same as wearing tight fit. My tip is still to grow your arms and shoulders so that you fill out a regular fit well. It will give the same wide look as wearing an oversized tee but being tight in the arms which looks good if it's a nice tshirt and really gay if you wear it tight all over.

          The only people that think this are jealous people like you that lack the confidence to dress like that. I learned this the hard way because I used to think like you and yet the women were all over the douchebags wearing tight fitting shirts. Eventually just said frick it and started wearing tight deep v neck shirts, just embracing full douchebag mode and now I am the one getting approached by women. Don't hate the player. On a more serious note though, if you think back to times when the metrosexual trend was in, men were literally using make-up and dressing like flamboyant homosexuals and yet women were eating that shit up.

          Once you reach a certain size everything becomes slim fit and tight fitting. To the point where you basically have to wear only knits or wovens with stretch. But even then wovens if you are athletic and movearoun alot become too uncomfortable with real size. so you just start only wearing knits. Polos and T-shirts. And you can't even help that they are tight.

              godly for athletic performance. cleans and things like that. cringe if worn around in public like a regular shirt. that being said you can find many sort of shirt compression hybrids. look into the higher quality military undershirts.

      to add more though you first have to define what you mean by "big" just having a developed upper body could be one definition of "big" but someone with just a developer upper body can still look really small in that there isn't any thickness to them in their clothes. If you want to get BIG in clothes then you want to actually fill out normal fit clothes. So you need to broaden your core/trunk and get big legs. Heavy front squats are the key to this looking big sort of thick wrestler look. Heavy frontsquats will broaden your trunk like crazy and also build up the legs. beyond this direct adductor work will have your legs filling out normal mens pants. if your quads and adductors are visibly huge through pants that is when you qualify as "big" in clothes imho.
