      Eggs are better per calorie.

given how your body doesn't give a frick where the protein comes from, and bugs and vat grown meat are just as high in protein as regular meat....

    pretty fricking easily.

Yeah but have to be careful not to poison yourself too much on the fakemeat and seed oils or you'll lose the will to live, have to hop on the anti-depressants which will cuck your libido and reps

Dude, if its ground beef you're not going to be able to tell the fricking difference when they're both chopped up, and Vat grown meat isn't "Poisonous".

If you're b***hing that you can't get vat grown ribeyes/Steaks (Since that's about the only way you'll be able to tell it apart is for large cuts of meat that you're not stewing or chopping up), well join the fricking club because I can't afford normal Cow ribeyes anyways.

Ok bro your average Mart Meat is already borderline poisonous and they have the bare minimum requirement of having to keep the animals alive, imagine the shit that's gonna be coming out if you don't even have to do that

It might actually be healthier meat, since you don't have to pump it full of growth hormone and antibiotics to make it grow
As long as it's actually meat cells, anyway

Yeah by that logic high fructose corn syrup is good for you because it's also made in labs and all the GMO fish juices and other chemicals in the corn are removed.

Same chemical composition, same effect. Lab meat will be chemically and biologically identical to walking meat.

So no, frick you actually. Take your anti-science facebook tier conspiracy shit elsewhere.

Meat, no matter if """"""""natural""""""" or lab-grown, has all of them

Now that you've been shown to have no idea what you're talking about, you're literally making things up and hoping no one knows any better.

Here, I'll spoon-feed you, little baby. Here is one of countless research articles detailing how different sources of complete proteins can be digested and utilized differently:
              https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8991958/

Don't respond to me until tomorrow after you've read the entire research article.

Jesus Christ, everything needs to be laid out like a CNN article for you people.

CLAIM: The human body does not give a frick where protein comes from
              OUR RATING: Downright false.
FACT CHECK: Different sources of protein will have different bioavailabilities and different compositions of amino acids. Wheat protein is digested much differently than beef protein, which itself is digested even differently than whey protein.

CLAIM: Bugs are just as high in protein as regular meat.
              OUR RATING: Misleading/False.
FACT CHECK: What this guy said:

              Not really
              >less than 50% bioavailable
              >11g per 80 calorie 1 serving becomes 5g per 80
              Eggs are better per calorie.

CLAIM: Vat grown meat is just as high in protein as "regular meat."
              OUR RATING: Misleading.
FACT CHECK: Vat grown meat hasn't actually been made yet and no experiments have been done to compare its protein bioavailability to animal meat. So this anon purports a fact which cannot be known yet.

CLAIM: "Protein is protein as long as it has all the required aminoacids"
              OUR RATING: Downright false.
FACT CHECK: See the first fact check.

Is this easy enough for you to understand?

Why would bugs have such low availability when they are the primary source of protein for almost all primates? What is the source of this figure? I would wager that the main reason they got such poor results is because the test subjects were all people that generally don't eat insects so at the time of the test, their digestive systems were not able to properly digest them. Had they been eating insects for a week or 2 the results, I suspect, would have been better.

Because every other primate has a way different digestive system than we do, first of all. Second of all, your gut doesn't "just adapt" like that. You don't radically change your body's digestive system via diet. That takes tens of thousands of years of evolution.

Do you think someone who has been vegan for a year can suddenly get B12 from plants? Do you think someone who eats only peanuts for a week can suddenly make peanuts a complete protein source for themselves? Of course not, because that's not how our digestive system works.
