they cant, i had insomnia, and i couldn't get stronger until i dealt with it.
Check for sleep apnea, ,maybe you need your turbines reduced. slow releasing melatonin was a godsend for me.
magnesium and zinc
Make sure your bed is good, i had insomnia after i got a new bed. Found out it was too hard, and got a new topper for it. Seems like it has fixed it.
Reduce noise when sleeping, for more restful night, wear earplugs if possible.
Meditation helped me a lot. It sounds stupid and like a waste of time, but the point of it is to literally set aside some time (even just 5 minutes is fine) to slow down your thoughts and clear your mind. It helps me for many things. Sleep, focusing on tasks, distressing during the day, replacing bad thoughts with happy thoughts, etc.. Meditation is literally exercise for your brain. It’s easy to just let your mind wander wherever it wants, but it takes discipline and training to focus on breathing, not entertaining every thought that crosses your mind, etc.
Get into the habit of meditating 5-10 minutes before bed. I recommend the Calm app on your phone for guided meditations. After you start to get the point and get the hang of meditation, you can try without any guidance
>”I can’t sleep” >here’s some advice >”hahaha what do I look like a gay??”
Meditation is a well known practice with proven benefits that has been around literally since before Jesus. What tf are you smoking? It would probably do you good to set some time aside to slow your thinking, considering you are most likely laying in your bed scrolling your ADHD fuel app TikTok for hours every night
It's one of those "hidden" genetic advantages/disadvantages. Poor sleep quality will frick you over in every aspect of your life. You'll make less money, have less successful relationships, won't go as far in your career, and won't build as much muscle. Always and forever. There are a million things like this that affect us. Insomnia, yes. Birth order and when in the year you were born are another example. A whole life predestined to be an uphill battle. Every time some rightoid starts talking to you about personal responsibility, kill them.
That said, what I did was just reorganise my life around my insomnia. I have a very flexible job and avoid firm social commitments so that when it's time to sleep I can just sleep, regardless of whether that's 9pm or 9am. If I want to conk out for 16 hours on a work day, I can and I do. So although my sleep is all over the place I do actually get, on balance, "enough".
The only downside is that I am completely unable to live a normal life. But frick normalhomosexuals anyway. I hate them.
Sure.

The study found that impaired sleepers received significantly fewer promotions, remained in lower paygrades, received fewer positive recommendations and had higher attrition rates, and concluded: “in all measures used as indices of Navy performance, poor
sleepers performed significantly less effectively.” >Using this data, and assuming that the entire loss of income associated with insomnia is due to insomnia, and not another uncontrolled variable, Stoller (1994) calculates a performance impairment of 4% associated with insomnia.
I looked for the 1983 study but couldn't find it, and the 1994 study isn't on scihub so I can't read it, but I'm inclined to take this guy's word for it.
And here's a whole book chapter which is a more broad societal view

Succinct and inspirational. But, there's another responsibility to yourself to not let yourself wail because you dealt a bad hand.
10mg of melatonin, 100mg of benadryl. Wake up once to piss, then take another 10mg of melatonin and 50 mg of benadryl. That's what I do on Tren at least.
That is way too much melatonin dawg. The most effective dose for most people is less than 1 mg and by megadosing it like that you're just gonna build a tolerance quickly and tank your natural production.
benadryl used regularly fricks your brain bad and causes early dementia. its so bad that at this point you cant buy diphenhydramine otc anymore and the current statement is that if it were made today it would have never been allowed to sell its only because it was discovered so long ago that it's still around.

No. You'll literally be Christian Bale from The Machinist.
How many hours of sleep do you need? Is 5-6 enough?
7-9
Very few sleep that many hours
Which is why most people look like shit.

I have insomnia and still make gains. I've tried everything and nothing works. it seems to be related to restless leg syndrome for me.
You can't.

Do you have a study to back up this claim about poor sleep quality and less financial success
Sure.
