I know that she's not really but her hips and waist area is too weird for me I don't find her especially attractive. She really is built like a man

Two reasons: genetics is a big one, number two is that for most healthy people who don't track "eat whatever they want" is a salad and some protein not a fricking bigmac.

    >But my buddy Carl eats bigmacs and is skinny
You were both at McDonald's together, the socially acceptable and expected time to eat that shit, do you really think if he's fit he chooses on his own to eat that shit multiple times a week?

I'm the visible abs guy. I think it comes down to the fact that I'm not food motivated. If I didn't get hungry I'd never eat and I accidentally skip meals all the time. I mostly view food as fuel for my workouts.

hormones and blood sugar metabolism (which is also hormones actually)
you could probably go from one to the other in a 6 week cycle with some barely effective oral route shit.

Drugs, physical + sexual activity, fasting during working hours, going outside for walks.

What else do you need to be "healthy" maybe not "fit" but average healthy.

Some people just don't eat consistently. Skipping meals for them is normal, and they are never hungry.

I eat whatever I want, I just don't eat an absurd amount of it. I eat when I'm hungry, until I'm not hungry anymore. 160 pounds is the heaviest I've ever been.

Hormones. Those things deeply tells you that you must eat or that you should stop eating.

Some people are fricked from the start, usually because the fat mom passed their shitty hormones. They get fat even if they are adopted by skinny parents who "eat healthy" at birth.

Other people got lucky and they literally "eat whatever they want", bacause their hormones do tells them to stop before eating too much.

On the upside/downside a bad/good diet, and also how often you eat, do affects your hormonal levels.
