Stop listening to fitroons, these physiques require a shitton of lifting

This. It’s deceptive but these bodies require lifting as well. Probably just not chasing 1rm as you dream bulk to infinity.

False. I look like this from spending zero days in the gym and spending three seasons landscaping/tree work. Also genetics I guess.

      >just bench
DYEL advice. Both Brad Pitt and Deniro said they didn't bench for those roles. Brad Pitt's trainer specifically said they avoided training chest aside from bodyweight pushups and dips, since ancient greeks never benched

You still need to exercise daily to have this body. Dont delude yourself or listen to the powershitters here. Your lifts dont matter, only the effort you put in, youre diet and consistency. I have a body close to this and i train calisthenics 5 days a week for about 3 years now. Push, pull, legs, core, and shoulder days for routine

Calorie intake recommendations? I'm 6'1, I went from 52kg before going to the gym to roughly 82/83kg in three years on a slight bulk and running PPL routine 6 days, I'm thinking about switching from strength training to hypertrophy on a calorie deficit and focusing on aesthetics, and burning some fat I've gained from the bulk.

Put your stats in one of those BMI calculators. Learn what your daily intake should be, cut by 300 to 500 calories a day, and use a calorie counter to track your meals. Do this for like a month till you get used to what your portion sizes andfood should look like. Then you can stop and just eyeball it. No reason to be super anal about it. I personally do intermittent fasting and eat in an 8 hour time window. A meal every 3 hours, i enjoy the routine

You saying my numbers are low?
Yeah they probably are, low BF% is the main thing that really matters, provided you work out just enough to have a moderate amount of muscle underneath.
Burning fat from doing cardio is the #1 thing that improved my physique, despite what "cardio kills gains" powershitters will tell you. Cardio only kills fat - which enhances gains.

probably wouldn’t look very big if you met him in person, but low body fat is like 80% of looking good shirtless on camera.

Being a mesomorph here is my perspective.
Diet: protein and carbs or protein and fat. I prefer protein and carbs. Chicken, rice, and greens. I'm hypo so I need fruit too. Calorie deficit duh
Workouts: at least 30 min cardio 5 days a week. Cardio is key. If you don't like straight cardio you can do more reps and sets with 30 sec to min break in between but nothing is better than just straight cardio with your regular muscle training.
Hydration: unfortunately to get super shredded you got to be dehydrated. Please don't do this often
Cheats: steroids and amphetamines will get you results even trying, use sparingly

Literally be dyel and super lean. These bodies look good in movies but irl they look tiny in a shirt. The average lifter would benefit from adding some bulking and not worry about super shredded abs unless you're naturally lean already. Just get mass and stay at a low enough bodyfat where you don't have a gut or tities
