      If I recall, he ran it for 3 months but I’m not sure if it was straight. This stuff works by building concentration, it’s not something you want to run more than two weeks. Of everything out there, absolutely nothing has worse sides. You will not have energy to do real workouts. I stack it with test and tren at the beginning of a cycle to maximize the shred before bulking.

          NP, taken it plenty of times and on it right now. Dosages can be tricky and life will be miserable but you can expect to drop 1-1.5lbs off fat per day if you’re taking the right amount. There is nothing on the planet like it.

          Having done both, this is better. I did actually nearly kill myself from caloric deficit when I first started getting in shape eight years ago. It took months and made me miserable. My genetics want to hold on to fat super hard. The first time I took DNP, it felt like fucking magic. I watched that last little bit of fat which would not go away after months of strict diet, lifting and cardio just completely dissolve in ten days.

              It’s theorized to be able to mess up your vision but has never happened IRL. If abused, it can kill you…. Other than that, the long-terms are positive. It can cure non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and reverse diabetes. Only problem is that people take it like retards and overdose. Only 10 deaths have been reported in the last 20 years. Most of the overdoses are just near-death.

              Its not something you should take that lightly anon. It increases your internal bodytemp constantly. Derek literally said he was outside in the middle of winter with just a tshirt and felt hot and sweaty.
              Its half life is 48 hours to a week in studies so the concentration can build up with the effects continuing even after you stop taking the pill.
              High internal body temp can lead to a lot of dangerous effects, cooling it down is super difficult too so make sure you're super careful.
              The fat will stay off though. So long as you aren't actively bulking and not lifting.

                Different guy here. I’m interested in trying it but I have a few problems. Next week I start my next semester of uni and I still live with my family. It is winter here though.

                Would taking it for 2 weeks seriously affect my ability to study? The first few weeks are chill though so I’m not too fussed.

                Also is it something that can be easily hidden from others?

                I should add that one of the major reasons that I want to try it is that I struggle to cut normally because it’s impossible to count calories or meal prep in my household. I don’t want to go into the specifics but my parents are dickheads in that regard and it won’t be best for me financially to move out until I’m nearing my mid-twenties (just turned 21 now).

    I'm fucking 200lbs at 5 foot 8 and I can't shed the fat idk why. I've never been stronger in my life, squat 315lbs for reps easily, OHP 155 for sets of 5, bench I haven't done barbell in a while but I did incline barbell a couple weeks ago and did 225lbs for 3 sets of 5. I think I need to just increase cardio at this point bnut honestly I do not want to lose the strength.

      Depends, do you want to lose the weight quick or do it slow?
      Also you always lose strength on a cut.
      If you do a 500 deficit a day, you would need 231 days to reach 165lbs, which would be almost 8 months.
