    run 25-40mi/week, don't drink alcohol, maybe do planks 2x/week. the only thing most people would struggle to maintain to look like this is your weight. You don't need to starve yourself, but you need to be in a caloric deficit to get there and then essentially burn as much as you consume to maintain

        I am of course nowhere near the guy on right, and that surely has something to do with genetics but also I have trained only 1,5 years of which only 5 months in the gym and I've been on deficit with 0,5-0,7 g protein per body mass up until couple of months ago when I started paying attention to nutrition
