yeah like how UV radiation makes your skin age faster, total momscience, like, lmao, hello source??????? who comes up with moronic shit like this haha, is UV even a real thing? no i wont google anything, idc bruh lol, get real
The stress breaks you down. If you do not recover from the stress is when it's a problem. If it becomes chronic there is no chamce to recover which is why chronic stress is so damaging. It's the same idea of why you take days off training.
Not that anon, just a nurse. I don't have specific sources on hand but my A&P textbook and Cecil's text explicitly connect anxiety with negative effects physiologically. It raises your cortisol, which impairs recovery/healing and elevates blood sugar. Hair loss and skin elasticity issues. Probably contributes to blood pressure issues since pumping adrenaline (elevates heart rate and constructs arteries) all the time probably isn't good. Impairs sleep which fricks with literally every body system if it becomes chronic.
Also it's fricking stupid. Of course it's not good for you it's designed to prepare you to fight wild animals or run for your life.
How to manage stress >exercise regularly >meditate >avoid stressful activities >reduce your workload in life when available, don’t take on unnecessary things >find hobbies that are relaxing >drink more water >sleep 7-9 hours a night >go for walks regularly >listen to calming music >don’t work a stressful job if you can
Smoke methamphetamine, eat 1000 or 5000 calories a day (no in between), only drink 200mL of water a day, drink lots of alcohol, get 1 hour of sun minimum, smoke tobacco/cannabis, drink 1L of full-sugar soft drinks, and abuse PEDs.
Isn’t he like 90 years old?
Most people look like a carcass by then
He looks pretty good
Best way to age well is to be good looking and have good genetics
It may help to exercise, drink a lot of water, and wear sunscreen when you go outside
I am 21 and I will probably kill myself on my 60th birthday. The moment I cannot wipe my own ass, jerk off, or solve a basic equation is when I get the rope and stool out.
Shit I learned from my dad who is approaching 80 but looks 50:
Use lotion on your face every time you get out of the shower
Use sunscreen if you’re gonna be outside for a while
Stay hydrated
Get enough sleep
Most importantly:
If you’re going bald, just fricking accept it and start shaving your head. My uncle tries to cover it up by wearing a hat but it doesn't work, just shave it and get it over with. If you’re not going bald, good for you.
This on the balding. I know a guy who is was a little swishy and he got a hair transplant or hair plugs or some crap. It rejected half of it and the other half looks like doll hair sewn into his scalp. Atrocious. Jusy frickij shave it or grow it out and tie it back. Also there is no excuse to be scrawny if you are going bald. You need to be big. Trying for an otter mode yoga mom body looks stupid. Ever wonder why some guys look normal going bald and some guys end up looking like giant queers because of it? Because it's a physical signal of your experience, capability, and wisdom and if you start going bald and try and look like skinny a pajama boy you end up looking a disgusting gay. If you chase abs and a pencil neck you look repulsive because by that age you should have a large back and veiny carved out forearms from all the shit you've done.
move back to your homeland
that's where your genetics are min-maxed to survive best and for longevity
if you are not a native of the land you live on
good luck, your genes were not made for that environment
that's right folks there is a genetic aspect to ''nationality''
also...if you're a mutt, best case scenario for you is to triangulate latitude/longitude for best place for living, but good luck if your parents are not from neighboring regions or at least same continent.
Worst case, look for closest similar climate, temperatures, sun exposure, vegetation.
Environment is 99% of it. If ''you're not from around here'', metaphorically speaking...then you're going to cop it. And that goes for everyone, especially the anglos of the commonwealth who roast themselves in the southern hemisphere.
My great grandmother probably lived as long as she did by maintaining several acres and a garden, cooking all of her own food, and actually taking PT/OT seriously every time she was injured as she got older.
She died being able to walk (with a walker) and do all of her own ADLs at 105 which is more than anybody can ask for. It's all I want (to not die in a nursing home wearing a diaper).
You have to start now.
eat healthy and exercise regularly. pray your genes hold up
This and manage stress well, chronic high stress is one of the most damaging things you can do to your body
source?
IST
Really though, i want a source. My job is vert stressful
I’m not that guy but just google it bro

Bro just don't be stressed. It's a choice lmao
Don't hold onto a high stress job for 40 years.
Workout, eat moderately healthy and dont try to fight it with plastic surgeries or botox
>The Zyzz program.
Lol. No.
By not overcompensating for the fact that you are aging.
This homie lookin great for 92
You don't. You have kids before you get ugly and wrinkly, and stop worrying about it.

>tfw everyone in my dad's family died in their 50s but everyone in my mom's family died when they were 110+
Im literally at the mercy of odds and god
I am 21 and I will probably kill myself on my 60th birthday. The moment I cannot wipe my own ass, jerk off, or solve a basic equation is when I get the rope and stool out.
Same. But for me its pistol shot to the heart
>Great relatives died at 109 and 112
>Grandparents died at 65, 67, 87, and 83
>Parents died at 48 and 44
>Be 25
Bros I don't feel too good.
You'll need many kids and a healthy family.
You're kids will look after you.
At best everyone lives close to each other.
You'll have 20 grandkids and die with a smile.
