        you're literally doing body weight lifts on one leg at a time. depending on how you do it you can focus different areas, i do steps where i skip one step and push up through my glute.

    It’s very fucking simple. Squats, whatever you prefer. Seated leg press. Then do hip thrusts. Finish it with hip abduction and addiction machines. Those are important. Then on your cardio days do elliptical and stair climber.

    It’s not hard to get caked up.

        I honestly prefer bottoms with small boobs as long as they're not too big (past b cups). I'd recommend just going on e mono (injections) and coping with small boobs.

                I really wouldn't risk using SERM's in genre let alone stronger ones than raloxifene since they very experimental and have a bunch of sides. But if that's what you wanna do then you do you.

                I've seen it works for some and I've seen it do jack shit for others so it's really a coin flip.

    Replace squats with Bulgarian split squats and throw in RDL and hip thrusts.
