This ^ my gym doesn't have their stuff, but my workplace does. The old-school shit with the chains. Fucking great equipment. Beats all of the garbage today.

This is the shittiest machine I know. Not this particular brand, I mean. But the concept. I had to use it recently since I couldn't do DB lateral raises due to an injured wrist.

front and lateral raises hardly work traps. rear delts however are trickier. i prefer an exercise like picrel, but you already start with elbows bent and pointing sides to remove trap work, you just raise your fist up and back

Limit the range of motion so you're only hitting the delts.

I get where this meme comes from and I even agree to a certain extent, I never do shrugs. But your traps will NOT get too big if you’re natty. If you’re obsessed then just don’t do the top part of the movement for OHP, lateral raises, front raises, etc. the top part of the movement is where traps take over

Try lifting for once.... No seriously, go full three months session and hit the gym hard every session. Your traps will grow even as natty. Its the delts and arms that have difficulties typically growing as a natural guy.

You have to bust up your delts daily with high rep training for them to grow

Doing a leaning side lateral doesn't engage the traps for most people, Y-raises are good for side delts too.
For rear delts, cables feel really good for me at least, and reverse pec dec locks you in so it's mostly delt.
