front and lateral raises hardly work traps. rear delts however are trickier. i prefer an exercise like picrel, but you already start with elbows bent and pointing sides to remove trap work, you just raise your fist up and back

Try lifting for once.... No seriously, go full three months session and hit the gym hard every session. Your traps will grow even as natty. Its the delts and arms that have difficulties typically growing as a natural guy.

Doing a leaning side lateral doesn't engage the traps for most people, Y-raises are good for side delts too.
For rear delts, cables feel really good for me at least, and reverse pec dec locks you in so it's mostly delt.
