    Set a sleep schedule that gets you at least 8 hours of sleep (sleep, not time in bed) a night, and stick to it every day, even on weekends. Exercise daily, on your rest days do light cardio such as briskly walking for 30 mins. Don't smoke, drink, or consume caffeine. Don't be overweight and avoid processed foods. Then read books and study, simple as.

    chess(visualization, memory), musical instrument(piano is especially visual, and so is reading sheet music), learn foreign language (not some Black personlicious slave pidgin either, learn latin, for its utility in english comprehension and grammar), read other than just for foreign language,
    cod liver oil, multivitamin, b12(probably in multi), caffeine, zinc, vit C, niacin, adderall in small doses if you can get your hands on it(dont make habit of it). stop watching tv/ using social media. exercise, have healthy body fat, do not eat shitty seed oils, remove flouride from water supply (not using flouridated toothpaste is not enough). get better friends who are not necessarily educated but especially intelligent, usually these are men in the extremes. educated friends may be used as 1 on 1 teachers, do not underestimate the utility of this, even if its just one thing they are good at. there are other things which are too arcane for you to understand or give credit to, so i will not mention them. the older you are the less you can change your fluid intelligence

      dont smoke weed no matter what they say about it, it clearly kills your IQ via processing speed and short term memory, dont take whatever pills your doc gives you just cause doc says its good for you. antipsychotics frick you up for example. memory, short term memory size and speed is something that you can improve. visualization, memory, and calculation speed are things you can build via chess, piano, directly reading complex inflected languages like latin, etc.
      tips for MEMORIZATION
      fluid intelligence is difficult to improve but concrete intellilgence is very easy. for example, read a fricking book. memorizing a lot of shit does not mean 'filling up your brain', it means you can memorize shit faster. there is a lot of cope by people who are lazy and think they are wasting their time with shit, but thats all that is. anyways, heres some techniques.
      association of multiple senses, creating some type of story for assocation, changing environment
      of study for a minute and returning, spaced repetition, breaking down words into etymological parts for use with other techniques, inducing adrenaline (breathing techniques, exercise, 'panic mode' on-command brain switch idk what to call it), memorization by steps , method of loci, for example. otherwise, you must increase ability to focus on something monolithically. this means prayer, meditation, whatever you got to do. Jesus prayed 4 hours a day. ok, here is practice. memorize this, word after word, in order. should take 15 minutes.
