      I don’t count calories, I mostly eat dark greens, chicken breast/thigh, lean meats, occasional fruit, lots of dairy, legumes.

      Not sure if I’m eating too much, counting calories is tiring.

            Ah 6ft3, yeahhh you need to hit a FILTHY bulk. And why on earth are you doing cardio, youre basically underweight.

            Look, you have a decent jawline despite all the skinny fat so you can afford to gain weight.
            Just go on a decent bulk for 8 weeks and track all the calories everyday getting over 150g protein a day and lifting 3-5x a week.
            If you dont like how you look after those 8 weeks, then you can decide what to do from that point on.

            As for the lifts, theres only one compound lift and thats the leg press. Not to mention you dont see the need to train chest? Only Bicep? I think you just need to goto basics anon.
            >Chest day (Chest and triceps)
            Dumbbell bench press 5x8
            Incline dumbbell bench 5x8
            Pec machine/flys 5x8
            Tricep pushdowns (Rope and/or straight bar) 5x12-15
            >Leg day
            Leg press 5x8
            Narrow leg press 5x12-15 (Trains glutes really well)
            Leg extension 5x12-15
            You dont need a leg curl here, you already trained the same muscles with the leg press.
            You can also do some leg raises NOT planks. Why plank when you can do leg raises?
            >Back day
            Since youve never done back at all (Why not?)
            Single arm dumbbell row 5x12
            Pullups or Pulldown machine
            Low rows 5x8 (Your main movement)
            Concentration curls 5x12 (Just the best curl variant)

              You might not be able to tell, but I have thiccc ass thighs. I’m sure this will help my arms but my legs are gonna look real bad if I do that. Also wouldn’t this make my pot belly worse?

              I’m guess concentration curls for long head because all the other back exercises will take care of main bicep?

              My gym doesn’t have leg ext machine, it’s also not very great. I’d rather do leg press for quads

                Well no shit, you do legs twice a week. Just cut back and do it once a week.
                As for arms, 15lbx8 is super light, literally ANY activation of the long head for you will still impact the short head of the bicep for the time being. Youre nowhere near the point in your lifting journey that you need to consider the minute details of the effectiveness of each lift.
                The long head looks the best, so train it the most, the rest will catch up as you put more stress on it.

            I'm not a IST expert but i'd suggest doing sprints and other explosive, fast-twitch exercies. They'll melt fat and build muscle

            those are girl weights, not an adult male's weights
            you need to increase those weights by at least 50 % percent and go to failure, not just doing X reps and be done with it
            make sure you are getting enough protein too

        Simplest 2 options for you are to water fast with electrolytes until you reach approximate goal (or under) or to cut the dairy and fruit entirely until you make it. End thread no counting calories you'll get there within 40 days water fasting or 3 months otherwise. Also spend time in the sun and start actually working out and tracking your lifts / calisthenics, your hormones are screwed and you're deficient in sunlight.

            If I count calories I know I can lose a kg/week when it comes to cutting time, every time without fail and I can do it until I hit the low teens of bodyfat %.

    I would recommend training for a 20 minute 5k + calisthenics and weighted for squats, lunges and overhead press to burn fat and build a good fitness base
