OHP and lat raise
My fav side delt exercises are upright rows and klokov presses. Can progress much heavier than lateral raises. I'd say explosive high pulls and certain rowing variations contribute as well.
Then there is also growing the lats which seems to thicken your torso overall

Kettlebell clean and press. This is by far the best way to build pressing strength and thus to make your shoulders huge and give you the mighty triangle torso.
Rite of Passage from Enter the Kettlebell is a program based on ladders. I did it for three months and took my press from 28kg to 36kg.
Barbells are better for everything else but for pressing kettlebells are better.
Weighted pull ups the supremes lay widener. Too bad you’re too weak and fat to do them. It’s a advanced exercise
