Lose weight and do assisted ones. Once you're light enough and your upper is strong enough, you'll be able to do em'

Do hangs. Try to hang there like 30 seconds. Then 45 etc. Over time your hands become stronger and suddenly you are able to do a pullup.

Yes, you should also do pullup negatives. Jump up and lower yourself as slow as you can.

Negatives + lat pulldowns. Focus mainly on negatives though.

how do I build up the strength to no longer get rejected by women?

This is impossible. You must cultivate the strength to accept rejection.
This may sound like a doomer post but it's just reality that getting strong will pull b***hes, but not all b***hes.

Get a band for assisted chin ups/pull ups and also it has already been said but negatives are also key.

I recently couldn't do 1 pull up after not lifting for nearly two years. A few months ago I started lifting again and now can do 6 proper form pull ups even being fairly overweight. I'm able to do another pullup every week or so now.

To get to this point I got up on a chair and did negatives where you step on on the chair then slowly let yourself down the entire way, I do tons of lat pull downs and dead arm hangs and just start every workout with pulls ups to get volume in.

You can also try the resistance/pull up assistance bands which take some of your weight out of the equation and allow you to do some reps for volume.

Negatives, pull-ups with your feet touching the floor, stopping being a fat c**t

    Don’t do negatives they’re shit

If you have the machine that lets you sit on a platform with assisted weight do that, you can also do deadhangs. I’ve gotten my ex and current gf from 0 to at least 5
