How do i cope with being 6 feet tall and thus will never be able to look lean or ottermode like shorter men can? Shorter men get disadvantaged in many ways by society but they do have one advantage in being able to look good with muscles.

        Nta but pump training is legit pointless if you're a natural, and ToT is also overrated imo. Focusing on ToT can definitely inhibit your mechanical tension when you have to halve the weight. For big exercises like squats it makes no sense.
        The weighted stretch is underrated and if you're never getting any form degradation on your moderate and high rep sets you're probably going too light. In standard commercial gyms people going too light is more common than too heavy.

    As a built 6'7" guy (lifting 10 years, looking ripped/athletic), the cutoff for swole people seems to be somewhere around 6'3" or 6'4". Above that height, I somehow never see swole people, even at the gyms they're gonna be lanklets
    I have a -1.5 ape index so maybe that helped me have proportionally big arms
