>walking
That's barely more cardio than sitting on a chair anon, go for a run or do som rope skipping for example, something which actually makes your heart work hard.
I've done week long hikes in Schwarzwald and other places in europe with a backpack and it still isn't cardio intensive. Try doing actual cardio, fatty.
I always found this helped. Ironically even lifting a moderate amount helped me.
Luckily I don't get sick much even though I am fat. One of my only good traits.
How do I cure this fucking cold? It has been a week already
or simply jump into a 85C sauna for 6hours. fall asleep in bacteria killed air, everything in your nose and throat will die and your fever will be superfluous TO THE HEAAAAAT and will die down (until you leave)
it's impossible to have a cold after hours of sauna
From a medical perspective, there are more than 200 viruses that can cause the symptoms of a common cold. Rhinoviruses (most common), coronaviruses, and respiratory syncytial viruses make up most of them. Unfortunately, most direct treatments have been abandoned due to either causing more severe side effects or being ineffective. Aside from rest, staying hydrated, and treating the symptoms, there is not much you can do. If it lasts more than two weeks, you should see a doctor. As for things like zinc and Vitamin C, there is very little evidence that they do anything to combat a cold when symptoms already exist. They probably won't hurt, but I wouldn't expect them to help. If you don't have a fever, mild or moderate exercise is probably fine. Just be aware of signs that your body is telling you to stop, like severe fatigue or aches. Since you have had it for a week, you are probably nearly through the worst of it.
>get a cold >recover >forced to work outside in the cold >get sick again >recover >forced to work outside in the cold >get sick again
It's been a month. I've been sick for a month. Make it stop
You do realize that a cold is caused by a viral infection and not the weather, right? It's true that cold air reduces the immune defenses of the nose and can make you more susceptible to disease, but it doesn't necessitate disease. Being incautious is allowing you to get sick. It's frigid where I live, and I work in a hospital. My colleagues and I very rarely get sick because we take care of ourselves. Put in the effort.
Proper hygiene, nutrition, exercise, not smoking or taking recreational drugs, keeping a reasonable distance from people/wearing PPE/source control when that isn't possible, adequate ventilation, keeping surfaces clean, etc...
Take 50 mg of zinc, 200 mg of vitamin C, and 2-5 mcg of vitamin B12 each day until the cold is beaten. Then cut that dose in half for daily maintenance.
You have COVID. Should've worn the fucking mask and stayed the fuck home. Now you'll struggle to ever make gains again, and all because you believed some 4chan conspiracy bot.
get vaccinated
not a vaxxiefag
Do cardio I found increasing blood circulation makes the cold go away.
I was walking around for hours in the woods without it really helping?
Maybe it already helped and I'd be worse off without it
well you obviously need to do MORE cardio
these
Gonna do more cardio then
rip

Roon. Return to nature.
get boosted
It’s normal for colds to last over a week. No refunds btw
eat chicken neck or fish head soup if you can get it, they both contain a good amount of precursors for thyroid hormone which will fix you very fast

Oh you work a nice cushiony job lol. Try being a pipe fitter/welder
garlic and cayenne pepper
add them to your soup
cold will go away within hours
How much bro
Ginger, raw unfiltered honey, lemon, cayenne, garlic. Go to the sauna. Be sure you are getting all the nutrients your body needs
Take 50 mg of zinc, 200 mg of vitamin C, and 2-5 mcg of vitamin B12 each day until the cold is beaten. Then cut that dose in half for daily maintenance.
Sunlight and fresh air, you fucking neckbeard retards.
Fuck you gay, I'm a forester
Drink boiled lemon water or whatever you wanna call it. Vitamin C + warm water = healing up your colds.
You have COVID. Should've worn the fucking mask and stayed the fuck home. Now you'll struggle to ever make gains again, and all because you believed some 4chan conspiracy bot.
COVID isn't over.
Its not Covid, Covid's over man, its just a chink flu 2.0. He would be shaking and unable to get out of bed if it were Covid.
Flus hit men harder than they do women.
They say it's real flu if somebody left $1 million outside your door and you literally can't get up to collect it.
Spend some time outside in the sun. Eat foods with the active form of vitamin C.

Weird...my gf has had a cold that won't end. Did you take the covid vacccine?
