How do I deal with munchies?

What is the best way to deal with munchies while I’m beginning my fitness adventure? I rely on weed to help soothe my anxiety (inb4 weed is detrimental to your health! It’s medical, prescribed and all. Definitely not worse for me than my anxiety is.) but I get absolutely terrible munchies. How do y’all deal with this issue?

Are there tried a true ways to beat the hunger?

Or should I think about finding a snack that isn’t detrimental to my health? I’ve been thinking about just stocking up on Quest bars but I don’t know how good they actually are for ya. Any input?

    Whenever I'm out drinking (to deal with my anxiety, obviously) with my friends and they decide to end the night by eating a big serving of goyslop I stand by and watch them in disgust imagining image related. It's quite entertaining.

    have a late dinner, eat it right before smoking/edibles.
    staying up late is what gets you.

      Honestly that’s pretty based. Maybe I get so hungry bc there’s like 6 hours between dinner time and when I go to sleep.

        yep, same problem. always had trouble sleeping on a normal schedule (especially if i work out in the evening), so i've been using gummies for sleep.

        but yep, if i have an early dinner i'm ravenous before bed. if i eat later, no such issues.

    i've made a bowl of oats for munchies
    kinda works alright considering you can load it up with brown sugar & fruits

      It’s a literal chemical imbalance in my brain 4head. I’ve done therapy, journaling, the whole 9 miles and nothing has been nearly as effective as edibles. I haven’t had a panic attack in almost two years… “coincidentally” when I was prescribed medical marijuana. Don’t talk about shit you don’t understand, child.

    Opt for healthier munchies while stoned. Trade chips for baby carrots, for example. It's how I feel less guilty about chowing down once I'm high

    When you get the munchies: 200 grams 0% Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, 100 grams blueberries, 100 grams dark cherries. I use frozen for the fruit. You'll be full and there's decent protein there.

    I would normally just eat fruit, tastes good and is low in calories. Also if you have the choice of eating something healthy or unhealthy and you eat the unhealthy food you might just be bored instead of actually hungry.
