really sick of being fat but I love food too much and then I hear about ana people eating like 200 calories a day how the frick do I do this? Im at 20% bodyfat trying to cut to 12% and im fricking tired of it, just want it to be over faster.

    1. start vaping and drinking coffee constantly
    2. start watching tv shows or youtube videos filled with thin people doing things you feel you're excluded from because you're fat
    3. treat eating less like a game, see how few meals you can eat, how low your calories can go, try to beat your personal records

    It's a mindset, there's several ways to go about it. But a good way is to fetishize being skinny. Obsess about wanting to be it, enjoy starving yourself, dislike eating food. Realize your goal and feel terrible when you stray from it. Eventually it will eat away at you.

    But if you're serious about it going on a diet pill of some sort that makes you not enjoy eating is probably a good option. See your GP for that.
    Whenever you feel hungry drink water.
    Do not drink any sugary drinks, find enjoyment in drinks like black coffee, tea without milk, sugar free drinks if you don't b***h and moan about it not tasting the same.
    Don't eat fatty meat.
    Suppress your hunger cravings by drinking water, coffee, cigarettes or using a drug.
