I learnt this one very tough exercise after meeting some ex-cons. It’s called a prison burpee, where you do a burpee, then a push-up while bringing your knee to your chest, then your other knee on the next push-up, and then you jump up before going back down and repeating the same thing. I’ve never done a tougher exercise than that. It’s brutal!
Those are called "Navy Seals" not Prison Burpees, your homeboy might be a bit stupid but the real thing is where you just do the regular ass burpee but at the top position you hit your abs lightly to keep them awake so they are ready to take a punch, abs tab > squat > hinge to position > push up > get up, repeat. The Prison Burpee, no jumps. Crossfit Burpee is the jumpy shit.
be in shape 20-30 and then be 35-40 ish still gymcelling and prob hours of body weight stuff but with middle age paunch starting to creep in and have with a decently thick norwood 2.5. probably smokes a lot of

Do literally any exercise routine daily and get your diet under control. Nothing special.
