    You don't. Some people have slightly larger lumbar curve. Reduce your fat so your ass doesn't look fat and exaggerate the effect

        I got my caw to be pretty fricking ok and saw ZERO improvement. Moreover, I didn't even decrease my stomach protrusion (I don't think).
        You gotta do something specifically for TVA but for APT it's mostly glutes

            make sure to keep it in during all exercises at least. I wish I fricking knew the definite answer of how to make it fricking flat. It looks perfect when I contract TVA consciously but by default it's just fricking out and looks moronic

            I do calisthenics so not an option for me unfortunately. Started doing single leg deadlift though and those feel good on my ass. Hopefully they'll be enough
