    sulfur soap
ketoconazole shampoo helps if you bacne is hormonal. You can use it 2~3x week as if it was soap and let it rest for 3min

honestly keto shampoo works. I started using it for hairloss but found out after a month that it majorly reduced my body acne in general

Why did you want to lose your hair?

      See a dermatologist
Get a prescription sulfur rinse (sulfacleanse)
Use that shit within 20 minutes of finishing a workout

      Correct

Accutane, don't listen to morons. Just accutane

This is a final option and if pic is you then it's not really serious enough for that

Amazing that people are still peddling this old myth.
Acne is not and has never been caused by being dirty. I promise you that most people with acne are actually cleaner than most other people because they use a bunch of cleansers and shit.

In my degenerate neet days I would often go a week or more without showering and would wear the same shirt for many days. Bedsheets would be washed maybe once every few months.

Never had a single blemish. I think the last time I had acne was when I was 16 in high school, and I bathed every single day and was very clean.

I went months without taking a shower, wore the same clothes every single day, and I haven't had my sheets, blankets or pillows washed in years.

and I have virtually zero acne or blemishes, near perfect complexion, with the exception of like a random zit on the tip of my nose every couple months.

if you want my opinion I think it's just genetics. people with bad acne just have acne genes or something. if it was being unclean, then I should be covered in it, but i'm not.

other issues could be high testosterone, stress, or sweating.

I know there isn't supposed to be any causation between acne and being dirty, but damnit if bacne doesn't correlate HARD with the bedsheets for me. Like, if I get an outbreak it's always when I haven't changed in a while and the outbreak always go away immediately upon changing them. I'll recommend anyone with bacne to at least look into it.

      Keto great for breakouts

      Try benzoyl peroxide body wash.
And change bed clothes every weak.

This is what you want OP. This is great to prevent. 2 times a week is probably enough. Trust me op been plagued by this for decades, even went with the nuclear accutane solution (it did stopped me from having face acne but that wasn’t the point lol). This is a yeast problem, you just produce too much most likely.

All the wash sheets, tshirt will not solve your problem

this is what I've done and it's worked miracles for me

get an empty bodywash container and fill half with an acne cleanser (I use Cerave foaming cleanser) and half with body wash. Maybe add some Vitamin E oil to help with general skin health, and you're good to go

You started sweating all the time and didn't adjust your washing routine to account for it.

I took accutane as a teenager, face acne went away but back acne persisted even after the full treatment. I didn't bother for many years but now that I lifted and have a nice physique I care and am trying to get rid of it. This shit will NOT go away, I have tried:
    >clean sheets and pajamas every 2 days
    >salicylic acid soap
    >salicylic acid gel
    >immediately shower after every physical effort
    >no synthetic shirts, cotton only
    >frequent back cleaning and exfoliation
Nothing worked. Now I dropped the salicylic acid and added:
    >pantothenic acid supplement
    >tretinoin cream
My doctor recommended getting on accutane again but frick that, it's too harsh and I'm too old for that kind of suffering now
From this thread I've learned about ketoconazole, I'll try to find a soap or shampoo with it to add to the stack

I just use a bathing brush 3x a week and that gets rid of most of it. Sunbathing during summer also gets rid of it.

Mine is worse then OP's and I just ignore it as I can't see it in the mirror.

This guy gets it. If I don't look in the mirror I don't know how ugly I actually am and I can assume I'm handsome.

The problem is most likely something that you're eating. I don't know what it is, but a good place to start is vegetable oil.

    To summarize
keto is great for breakouts. It will dry it pretty well. Found on a ton of shampoos. But it doesn’t work for prevention.
benzoyl peroxide also good for breakouts but is much slower. On the other hand is great for prevention, it keeps your yeast in check
Accutane is nuclear. You probably would need some massive dosages for a long time to really make your back sebaceous glands from working at all (and do you really want that?). And it comes with some nasty side effects, it really dries your joints, besides whatever impacts your head you will physically feel old, hurt because the joints dry the frick up.

It is a big part of it, yes. It is also often hormonal, hence why teenagers are prone to it.
I cut out dairy and greasy junk foods and never had a pimple again.
