    You can't "fix" them. But if you really want to get your fore arms to be as big and possible as can be your best source of info is going to be, first and foremost, arm wrestlers. Next grip strength specialists and after that people who do gripper training like with captains of crush and nail bending. You then need to put emphasis on your forearm training in your workouts like you would any lagging body part and eat more like you need to do to grow. Forearms can be worked every day but just be sure to change up what you do from day to day (i.e. do not just pick wrist curls and only do those every day and nothing else).
