You can't cure ibs. You can only mitigate and deal with it.

Check out this list of foods to not eat and start eliminating the ones that give you the most severe reactions

I used to be constipated from IBS and get nasty flare ups once every two months. One time it was so bad that in retrospect I should have gone to the hospital. I fixed my diet thanks to lifting and I have not had a flare up in more than two years now. What helped me was
    >whole milk
    >greek yogurt
    >oats
    >kiwis
    >kefir
I also cut the following out of my diet.
    >sodas
    >alcohol
    >goyslop
    >seed oils
I know they are the culprits because every time I've had them since they caused constipation for at least a day. I'm typing all this as I'm taking a log in the shitter. good luck buddy

Try all kinds of probiotics. You can buy milk bacteria for your gut as supplements.

If it is everything you eat, it might not be food related.

You can try meds like stool softeners, gas-x type gas removal, if this works, do fiber supplements after to maintain.

Exercise like can also help, modern people do not get enough cardio in general. So it is not boring set it up in front of a TV or listen to podcasts or audio books on the run.

If nothing works, get a colonoscopy as you might have an actual GI disease and not just vague dysfunction. It can be so many things only a doc can help you ID it in that case.

Pic not rel at all, just spreading awareness

Buy a treadmill and do long runs, you can set it up close to the toilet. Running will help empty your guts out with gravity and soothe them out via reduced blood flow

Intermittent fasting. One meal a day. Give your gut a rest for most of the day.

        >i cant survive on one meal a day
You THINK you can't survive on one meal a day. But you can get there. You don't have to make a sudden switch to only one meal a day. You can start with two meals a day: One in the afternoon, and then one in the evening.

Im currently planning on doing the following OP:
    1) Cut out irritants for a while
    2) Fruit + Fiber + Probiotic meal, 5 pieces of fruit with psyllium husk and probiotics to use it well. Without probiotics this will frick you up, with probiotics it will improve gut microbiome.
    3) Something to heal gut lining in the meantime, temporarily, Glycine, Gelatin, Glutamine, along these lines.
    4) (OPTIONAL) Digestive support, like ACV, Ginger, Peppermint etc.

Take probiotics. Get it from the refrigerated section at Whole Foods. It’s like $40 for a month of pills. Get as high as you can for CFUs (colony forming units) 50m-85m. I take the Garden of Life brand. Not every month, but when I get a flare up.
Eat raw fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, and kefir. Eat them cold so you don’t kill the bacteria. I eat Wildbrine sauerkraut, Mother In Law’s Kimchi, and Maple Valley kefir. The kimchi is good in tuna or chicken salad, chopped fine. The sauerkraut I just eat a couple forkfuls a day. I use like 2/3c kefir in a protein shake once a day.
Take organic psyllium husk with each meal. This is probably the most important thing. Drink extra water afterwards. It’s a soluble fiber, which turns into a gel in your gut and solidifies your shit. Organic bc the pesticides leach into the final product. I was buying non organic until I saw the birth defects warning on the bottle. I put 1 TBSP psyllium in my protein shakes, or store 1 TBSP into water and drink with each meal. Start off with 1 TBSP/day.
Inulin will feed your gut bacteria (another soluble fiber) but it can cause gas, since it’s more easily digested by the bacteria than psyllium. Add bulk to your shit with psyllium, use a little inulin to feed the little guys. You can buy it off Amazon.

    This cured my IBS.

72 hour fast, followed by 1L of apple cider vinegar. If you don't have the vinegar, 500mL of grain alcohol will also do it.
