        Get a pullup bar, if you can do that then go do pullups on a tree. Floor only ur kinda fricked.

          No doorway of mine is stable,so I dont know where to install one.
          The doorways in this appartment are made of cheap plastic which immitate wood and get damaged at the slightest touch.

            Then you went to a shit one. I went to a good one that fixed my vulture neck and chronic back pain in like 3-4 sessions. Find one that specializes in posture.
            Also, if you sit or stand in the same position a lot, avoid that. Get a sit/standing desk.
            And start breathing through your nose, deep breaths into your stomach and not ypur upper chest area as that will make your shoulders worse

    Try this, OP: anytime you're walking around, always imagine that there is a strong cable attached to the very top of your head, pulling you upright. Try walking around your room like that and see how that feels. I've used this imaginary steel cable or line to make me walk totally upright whenever I feel I'm slouching.

    Start at your lower back and work from there, people who saying "floor ony calisthenics" wouldn't do anything or make it worse are wrong. Anything helps if you pair it with the right exercises. I would spend some time looking for a good chiropractor maybe a family member knows (a ton of them are quacks), they can at least show you some exercises. After being taught how you need to be addressing your specific issues it is easier to teach yourself and make progress. I think the key to good posture is having a strong ass.
